Good game wudjer! I suck at lying. It also didn't help that I was kinda hanging from the night before, and the fact that I completely forgot the game was to start yesterday morning. It's a bit embarassing, but at least I took out one of the Kings. I was pretty sure about Cathy after one of her posts, but completely guessed at Bob. I would not have ever guessed at Slim being a King. Although a short game, it was enough to make some hairs stand up on the back of my neck at times. Good play all!

I still can't believe how many people thought I was guilty when I nabbed TGR so quickly and he was bad.
It was your refusal to vote for DGC that made me start thinking you were guilty.   :Smiley

When TGR was lynched right after FOSing both Bob and me, I thought Bob did a pretty good job of running interference for me, but thought I'd be exposed sooner or later.  Did I do something stupid to give myself away?

I never would have guessed Slim either.  Never would have guessed him for a vamp in the last game either -- just too inscrutable for me.

I actually thought Swift was going to be the other King.  I kept accusing him and no one would ever jump on -- so I thought it was because they knew him to be king.

...The guards duty is to throw themselves down to save the kings.  And what are our kings doing?  Well, if we survive this mission, our next mission will be war.  This may just be a female prospective, but I think this job sucks.   And I'd like to offer the assasins free passage out of the country.  Assasins, put your weapons down, and your hands up, and nobody will get hurt.

That was what gave you away. It caught my eye right away.

Yea, that and his attack on me made me worried about him.  I couldn't see anything I did to look guilty, but I guess it's because I was being so 'middle of the road' that it made me seem two-faced?

I'm still learning and developing what strategies result in what... gotta try new things now and then.

I knew JJS was not a bad guy, but those things did make him look bad, I had to say.

I had no idea.  I was going on a theory that JJS and LSL were the kings.

I FOS'd you cause you and Bob came out accusing people when really there was no reason to start so quick.  So I wanted to make you guys look bad.

I didn't think through all the roles enough to realized that if I pointed to who I should have known was a king that I signed my death certificate.

i would guess she meant, Townies (guards and kings) by that WE. But I see how it could be read the way you did. May have been a freudian slip on her part. That is some very good attention to the details on your part DGC.

I figgered it was a slip up, but thats all I needed. Hence the call to "You will NOT like the out come". I was indisposed last night, and all I could think of was "Did I get the 2nd King too?" That would have been sweet! Didn't get to read it 'til this morning, all bleary eyed, sans coffee.

Maybe I should try keeping a lower profile -- though stirring things up is more my style.  It always seems like the guards/townies/pawns have to stir things up to figure anything out.  And this time it seemed like stirring things up to get someone to accuse the king might have been a good idea.   ???
